2025 Fees

• 5th & 6th Grade (born 2019 - 2020) - $55
• 7th to 13th including 14th Girls only Grades (born 2011-2018) - $95 
• Under 15's (2010 - 2011 attending highschool) - $55
• If you register 3 people from the same family for the 2025 Junior/Senior season you will receive a $20 discount off the youngest playing members fees  (please email juniors@maristfc.co.nz to arrange for a discount)

UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS & SALES

We will provide a Marist playing shirt for your child to wear for their 2025 season

YOU will need to purchase the following:

• White Shorts
• White football socks
• Shin Pads (these are compulsory)
• Football Boots

We also recieve 2nd hand boots and clothing which is passed on to our club members at the MEET THE COACH event.  If you do have boots that are now no use to you please bring them along to the clubrooms or email juniors@maristfc.co.nz

MATCH DAY (this info is from the 2024 season and will be updated once information confirmed from Central Football)

VENUES

• 5th to 9th Grade - All games are Saturday mornings at Park Island
• 10th, 11th and 12th grades play at Park Island and surrounding HB venues including Marewa, Hastings, Flaxmere, Havelock North and Central HB.
• 13th Grade (Open Grade) home games are played at Bledisloe Park, Taradale or surrounding HB venues as above.

STRUCTURE (new game plan for 5th, 6th, 7th Grade 2025)

• 5th, 6th and 7th grade will do 3x 8min pre match skills drill and then one 3V3 game
• 8th grade play 5 aside with 3x 8min pre match skills drill and then two games
• 9th and 10th grade play 7 aside with a 50-minute game
• 11th and 12th grade play 9 aside with a 60-minute game
• 13th grade (Open grade) play 11 aside with a ​​​​​​​60-minute game

Sunday 13th April: Junior Meet the Coach/Team Day Marist Club Rooms

10 to 11am 5th to 8th Grade;

11 to 12pm 9th to 13th (Open) Grade.

Saturday 3rd May 2025:  Start of Season

Saturday 31st May 2025: Tournament Day (festival) for 5th to 10th Grade only.  (: 11th grade and over will play normal games.)

Saturday TBC:  Final Game - Tournament Day (festival) 5th to 10th Grade last game will be the junior festival (tournment)  11th to 13th grade will play normal game

Sunday TBC: Prizegiving 11am - 2pm

• 9th to UN15 Grade teams 12pm to 1pm

JUNIOR TOURNAMENTS (Festivals) 2025

Central Football run two tournaments (festivals) per season.  The day is made up of 5 mini games played over 2 hours against Hawkes Bay teams in the same grade.  Each 5th to 10th team will play in either two time slots of 9 - 11am or  11 - 1pm

1. Kings Birthday weekend ( 31st May 2025)

Photos are taken at the Marist Clubrooms Park Island, players will need to arrive at least 10min before your photo time so they don't miss out.  Parking will be difficult after 9am.  

Clean your football boots and go into the draw to win 1 of 2 $50 football Central voucher.

Napier Marist Skills Academy is a 7 week program, led by Marist Prems Team Players, to really develop the players skills and technique covering all the fundamentals of football while having fun.
